Salle is sport is a French word which literally mean
gymnasium that is also be called as gym in common language and it is started
from Greece tradition and derived from the Greece word “ gymnasion”. It is a place where people can come and do
practice exercise regularly to being healthy and fit for longer time. It
prevents from major health problems disease through regular physical exercises it
helps in remains the body relax and the mind stress free and relief.

April in 2014. It is located on very convenient place which is hardly takes 4

for their customer as it is open for 23 hour out of 24 hour out of which from
9:00 am to 9:00 pm there is facility of the qualified trainers who give you
proper guidance and training to their customer personally and instruct from the
initial stage. It has 2 big classrooms and 1 large fitness room all are fully
air conditioners and well facilitated with all required equipment.
Machines like cardio techno,
treadmills, weight lifting, climbing like other advance equipments are
established for practicing exercises. Many coaches and instructors are there to
give training to you and help you from 9 hour to 21 hour and apart from these
hours this gym stays but at that time gym is remain open without staff members
